Athletic Therapy

A Certified Athletic Therapist assesses injuries and utilizes rehabilitative techniques, therapeutic modalities, soft tissue mobilization, physical reconditioning, and supportive taping. Assessment and treatment sessions are one hour.


Massage Therapy

Massage is a manual technique used to reduce muscle tension, stiffness, and spasms as well as promote circulation, range of motion, and flexibility. Reduction of pain due to muscle tension is common through massage. Focus will be therapeutic, keeping the patient’s needs and goals in mind. Massage treatments are one hour in length, and can be full-body or area-specific.


Osteopathy

Hands on manual therapy including craniosacral, muscle energy, myofascial release, joint mobilizations and other soft tissue techniques to help active individuals maintain optimal health. Assessment and treatment sessions are one hour.
